Seans sırasında ses gelmiyor.

I hear no audio during sessions.

Telefonunuzun sessiz anahtarının kapalı ve medya ses seviyesinin açık olduğundan emin olun. Seans sesleri (ambiyans, ritim, nida) uygulama içinde üretilir; en iyi deneyim kulaklıkladır. Stereo katman yalnızca kulaklıkta duyulur.

Make sure the silent switch is off and media volume is up. Session audio (ambience, rhythm, chants) is generated in-app; headphones give the best experience. The stereo layer is only audible with headphones.

Titreşimleri hissetmiyorum.

I don't feel the haptics.

Ayarlar → Seans → Titreşim anahtarını kontrol edin. Ayrıca iOS Ayarlar → Ses ve Titreşim'de sistem titreşimlerinin açık olması gerekir. Titreşimler yalnızca iPhone'da çalışır.

Check Settings → Session → Haptics inside the app, and make sure system haptics are enabled in iOS Settings → Sounds & Haptics. Haptics work on iPhone only.

Why did my streak reset?

Your streak grows with consecutive days where you answer "yes, I did it" at the evening check. Miss a day or answer "no" and it restarts tomorrow. No shame — reset and go again.

Notifications aren't arriving.

iOS Ayarlar → Bildirimler → Primal Mode'dan izin verildiğinden emin olun. Uygulama içinde Ayarlar → Hatırlatıcılar'dan saatleri değiştirebilir veya tamamen kapatabilirsiniz.

Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Primal Mode for permission. Inside the app, Settings → Reminders lets you change times or turn them off.

Widget veriyi güncellemiyor.

The widget isn't updating.

Widget; seri ve PRIME puanını uygulama her açıldığında günceller. Sayılar eski görünüyorsa uygulamayı bir kez açın. Söz cümleleri saat başı kendiliğinden değişir.

The widget updates streak and PRIME score whenever the app opens. If numbers look stale, open the app once. Phrases rotate hourly on their own.

How do I restore my purchase?

Uygulama içinde Ayarlar → MODE PRO → Satın Alımları Geri Yükle'ye dokunun. Aboneliği yönetmek veya iptal etmek için: iOS Ayarlar → Apple Kimliğiniz → Abonelikler.

Tap Settings → MODE PRO → Restore Purchases in the app. To manage or cancel the subscription: iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
